ack! Hadn't heard about that.

There's also a package with Openoffice true type fonts... but maybe
that's what you've been trying to get working all along. In cany case, I
don't have that package installed, so I can't help you with it.

AFAIK, if you can get the fonts recognized by X, they should show up in
mozilla and, if they work with mozilla, they should work with galeon
too.
