gives you at least the sources of xv_3.10a-20.
A quick search with google for xv_3.10a-26 leads e.g. to
http://debian.uni-essen.de/misc/local/dists/theo-phys/local/source/
and a plenty of other possible sources.
Shouldn't be too hard to find it.
