was my stab at creating such a file.  I'm not too sure about the charset
and unicharset fields, though.  (I'm not even sure what the unicharset
field is for.)  And using that set of hints makes the install process
really long.  Cutting down the charset (and I guess unicharset too) down
to just iso8859-1.
