If this is PCMCIA in a laptop, use cardctl and define separate schemes
for home and school.  Switch between them by using:

	# cardctl scheme [home | school]

If it's a desktop computer, edit /etc/network/interfaces.  (Keep a
backup for when you go home, of course.)
