I'm setting up a debian development box for a friend, and I went to install the latest jdk from sun. It's been a while, but I recall the installation of a java-compiler-dummy to set up the package management system to recognize sun's java tools. What happened to it? On further inspection, I've noticed that java-virtual-machine-dummy is not in unstable. Is it also on the way out?
