	I am guessing that your headers have something to do with why
Mozilla treats your message in a special way.  Looking at them, this
header seems to stand out:

> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed

	I think that perhaps when you tell Mozilla to explicitly word
wrap, the "format=flowed" field goes away.  Can you test this theory?
I'd bet any of the messages you see posted in Mozilla will be "rewrapped
on display" even though they are sent at 72 characters per line.
