Strange log entry in syslog

Dear all,

   I have a woody 3.0r0 system running on a Dell PE2400 system. When
I checked the syslog today, I found that there is some entries as the 
following

Jul 29 01:46:28 pc1 kernel: eth0: card reports no resources.

   I want to ask what is the meaning of this? I am using a PCI Intel 
network
card and using the eepro100 module. Any advices?
