Appearently not, from linux/Documentation/networking/net-modules.txt
of the 2.4.18 kernel source:
tulip.c: *Partial modularization*
(init-time memory allocation makes problems..)
Hm... what to do? Stay on 2.2.19? Or try 2.4.19? Or try to find a
new and improved Tulip driver?
