Does it have "This mail is sent by logcheck" at the start of the
messages? If so, follow the advice it gives: 

"If you do not want to receive it any more, please modify the
configuration files in /etc/logcheck or deinstall logcheck." 

I'd not recommend removing logcheck, but editing the filters in
/etc/logcheck. Works very good if you have filtered out the "yes, I
know" stuff
