How to install Gnome?
I've been helping the SW engineer in the next cube install
Woody.
The install proceeded with the usual spate of errors and
confusion (list available on request), and now we can't figure
out how to get Gnome running.
We chose Gnome in tasksel -- though tasksel exited abruptly at
one point for no discernable reason, so I don't know if
anything we did in tasksel "took".
There are a bunch of Gnome packages intalled, but startx still
gives us TWM.
What woody packages need to be installed to get a Gnome desktop
running?
