You might want to try OpenOffice.org.  I'm an Emacs kinda guy, so I
haven't done much on it.  I found it by accident.  I was just going to
correct a typo on an HTML doc, and when I saved, it was totally
rewritten.  The page rendered the same, but the source just wasn't my
style :) But, no harm, no foul.
