Set up your NICs and make sure the modules load right.  Your kernel will
need to support IP forwarding as well.

Change your /etc/network/interfaces to look like the one attached.  I'm
assuming Optimum Online uses DHCP, if not, copy the eth1 stanza over and
make it eth0, add a gateway line in the stanza somewhere along with the
rest of the settings and mod eth0's settings to match what Optimum gave
you.

Set up your other systems with IP addresses anywhere in 192.168.0.2-254. 
Set the gateway address to 192.168.0.1.

apt-get install ipmasq

You *might* consider installing bind (or preferrably bind9) and putting
Optimum's DNS servers as forwarders in /etc/bind/named.conf, and using
192.168.0.1 for your DNS server as well (this will give you a caching
DNS server).
