Thanks, but I already have edit_headers set.

It is not present, because mutt doesn't add it until the moment before
it's sending the message. We had this discussion on one of the other
Debian mailing lists (although it may have been -private) just recently.

Afraid not, beyond the sledgehammer approach of adding a custom
Mail-Followup-To: header by hand. Perhaps group-reply and list-reply
behave differently here, but it isn't obvious.

You obviously have something particular in mind, judging by your tone.
