gnus also obeys the Mail-Followup-To: header.  The purpose of it is to
indicate where followup posts should go.  The most common usage is to
indicate the followups should only go the list, though some people use

Baloo just switched from pine to mutt :-).  I like mutt too.

Basically it is a deficiency in your (and most) MUAs that they don't
understand the concept of a mailing list.  Thus their interfaces limit
you to "reply" and "reply to all" and don't include a "reply to list".
mutt and gnus do understand the concept of a list and accordingly have
"list-reply" functions.
