Packages to run kernel 2.4.x on potato (release 25)

I have prepared the packages needed to run kernels up to 2.4.18 on a
Debian 2.2r6 (potato) system. Please read [1] for more information.

Changes in this release:

          + added: raidtools2
          + updated: pcmcia-cs (3.1.29-4 -> 3.1.33-6)
          + updated: reiserfsprogs (3.x.0j-1 -> 3.x.1b-1)
          + updated: xfsprogs (1.3.16-1 -> 2.0.3-1)
