Re: cups - Deskjet disabled since Jan 01



Yes, here is the error I am receiving from the /var/log/cups/error.log

I [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] Started filter /usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertohp (PID 12947) for job 5.
I [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] Started backend /usr/lib/cups/backend/parallel (PID 12948) for job 5.
E [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] PID 12947 stopped with status 1!
E [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] PID 12946 stopped with status 255!
E [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] PID 12944 stopped with status 1!
E [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] Unable to open "/usr/share/cups/data/psglyphs" - Permission denied
E [26/Apr/2002:11:08:19 -0500] No pages found!

Why is permission denied?
