cups - Deskjet disabled since Jan 01

I keep getting the error 

lpstat -p
printer Deskjet disabled since Jan 01 00:00 -
        No pages found!


and can't print?

and


/usr/bin/enable Deskjet
lp0: compatibility mode
lp -d Deskjet ~/test
request id is Deskjet-12 (1 file(s))
lpstat -p
printer Deskjet disabled since Jan 01 00:00 -
        No pages found!


Any ideas?
