180 minutes of speech should fit in an ogg file much smaller than a
CD-ROM.  Are you sure the compression was done properly?

You said you want to burn 180 minutes of speech onto three CDs, but
three CDs can hold 216 minutes of uncompressed PCM.  So your 180 minutes
doesn't sound like it got compressed very convincingly :)
