If you know a lot about Linux throght RH experience, all you need is to
lean "Debian ways".
Step 1. read "install manual" and "release notes"
Step 2. read "FAQ", "apt-howto" and "Debian reference"
Step 3. read "Debian Policy Manual", ...
All these are available at
