First, please stop sending HTML formatted mails to this list and choose the
plain-text format instead (in Outlook, set: Tools -> Options -> Mail
Format -> Message Format -> Send in this message format = "Plain Text").

You can find a bootable CD ISO image for Debian Linux (Woody) at [1], the
relevant ISO file being located in [2]. This ISO image is only ~30MB, and
lets you do exactly that.

The setup routine should ask you for the relevant details and make the
required settings for you. After the installation, have a look at the file
/etc/network/interfaces if you need to make specific changes to your network
configuration.

I guess you already know which programs you want, but have a look at the
packages "apache", "proftpd", and "inn2". You can install these and their
corresponding documentation packages called "*-doc" (except for inn2) via
the "apt-get" command:

# apt-get install apache apache-doc proftpd proftpd-doc inn2

Good luck!
