CD-ROM doesn't mount w/ 2.4.18

Has anyone seen something like this when trying to mount their CD-ROM with
some of the latest kernel releases?

ISOFS: unable to read i-node block


I was able to mount the same drive and same CD in 2.2.19 with no problems.
