Yeah, I think so.  Running fetchmail with "-v -v" will tell more (yes,
that's two -v options).

You want to configure local delivery as well.  The 'eximconfig'
program will do this for you, if the you answer the questions
correctly.

You want to pick (2) for the first question, and the answers for the
rest are given in the archives (posts from me).
