Maybe you can do this with lynx/links/w3m or any other https enabled
command line browser.
Sometime ago I've read something in a german Linux Magazin about a
special (ieee Perl based) language for jobs like this.

You can also try google and/or freshmeat.net to find a tool that fits your
needs.

If it's something Java based I can't think about a way to do it.
