emacs 20.3 registered but not installed

Hi, I get the following daily message:

    /etc/cron.daily/suidmanager:
    suidregister: /usr/lib/emacs/20.3/i386-debian-linux-gnu/movemail
    registered but not installed"

Can anyone please inform me what to do about this (especially given
that the current emacs version is 20.7 and installed).
