Make a /etc/lilo.conf file something like:
========= BEGIN /etc/lilo.conf =========
lba32
boot=/dev/hda
install=/boot/boot.b
map=/boot/map
delay=20
prompt
#single-key
#delay=100
#timeout=100
default=2.4.6

image=/boot/bzImage-2.4.6
    label=2.4.6
    root=/dev/hda1
    vga=791
    read-only

image=/boot/bzImage-2.4.6-ac
    label=2.4.6-ac5
    root=/dev/hda1
    vga=791
    read-only

image=/boot/bzImage-2.4.13-ac
    label=2.4.13-ac8
    root=/dev/hda1
    vga=791
    read-only

other=/dev/hdb1
    label=BSD
========== END /etc/lilo.conf ==========
