Potato->Woody Upgrade: Removed Package

hi all

i'm considering upgrading my potato box to woody over
the holidays. i've changed /etc/apt/sources.list to
point to woody and commented out security. i then ran
apt-get update and apt-get --simulate dist-upgrade.
the output of dist-upgrade was a little troubling.
