Yup, though I assume you mean python-pygresql.

Ah.  Thanks -- I hadn't realized it was postgresql that needs to be
updated (as opposed to python).  It appears there is a bug filed.  Two,
in fact: #117778 and #118562, since both bugs seem to be the same issue.
