  yes it does but it is not considered problem (it's a feature:-)

  the thing is that each user has user.userName folder which is
considered user's inbox (it is know as both user.userName and INBOX) and
ALL user's stuff is under this folder, the incoming email is generally
right there (you can of course deliver it to any other folder) and all
user's folders are in INBOX as well.
