Re: ssh works from windows not from linux; protocol version difference?

So now I have OpenSSH installed (btw, dselect was unable to remove the ssh 
directories). It uses protocol 1.5 it seems.... I am running potato and 
would like to use protocol 2.0  Is that possible?

How do I set other preferences like encryption and stuff??
btw, is there any GUI to ssh and its preference settings?
