Does anybody feel like making a recommendation for an IDE hard disk ?

The last IBM HD (20GB) I bought had problems overheating. Now this new
IBM HD (40GB) has died within four months. I don't think I'll be buying
from Big Blue again.

Maxtor disk in the UK come with a 3 year warranty. Are these any good ?
