In fact, if you're on testing/unstable:

  $ export BROWSER=lynx
    # (or w3m, links, 'mozilla -raise -remote "openURL(%s,new-window)',
    # whatever)
  $ man -H 5 interfaces

... which will pop up a web browser for you. Links between man pages are
difficult-to-impossible to implement in this context, of course, but it
works rather well for individual pages.
