None, if you are using FAT32 for the Windoze side. If you use the
world-renowned NTFS, then you'll need to tweak your lilo.conf
a bit to get LILO working. An alternative in such cases is to use
grub. I have one box which runs Win2000/Red Hat6.1/Red Hat 7.1 without
any problem as far as the booting goes - I use LILO.
