It does.

Woody is perfectly 2.4-ready; the only issue is that the 2.2.x and 2.4.x
kernel series store modules in a different way, so you may need to
upgrade your modutils package. In addition, you may have other packages
on your system (i.e. lsof, ipchains) which are 2.2-specific. That's why
I said "follow it's guidelines" -- it may vary.
