In this case I would suggest that, as you have an i810, you simply go with a standard XFree86 4.x install. The XFCom drivers for the 3.3 series are to be considered outdated now IMO.

P.S. Your signature refers to Free Software in terms of price - I would suggest rephrasing to place emphasis on the nature of the software (Freedom) rather than the price.
