Is this the boot floppy or your harddisk? If it is the floppy you might
want to try another one. If you have your BIOS's boot sequence set to
A:, C:, SCSI: or something, the boot sector is loaded from your floppy.
You should not have to worry about formatting your harddisk in this stage,
it is not the problem. When the installation program has been started you
can format your drive.
