It recommends: mime-support, which has these iirc. Try to use dselect,
its package selections management screen will point out the recommended
and suggested packages when you select a package that has these.

Package: mutt
Version: 1.3.18-1
Replaces: mutt-i
Provides: mail-reader
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.2-2), libncurses5 (>= 5.2.20010310-1), libsasl7, exim | mail-transport-agent
Recommends: mime-support
Suggests: i18ndata, urlview, ispell, gnupg | pgp | pgp5i
Conflicts: mutt-i, suidmanager (<< 0.50)

Cheers,

Joost
