Both of these are controversial, and annoy people (whether they're
there or not).
You can certainly use procmail to munge subjects, and your mailer
should be configurable enough to adjust the To and CC headers without
a reply-to. Mine is, at least.
But hey, if you convince enough people, go for it. My mail setup is
flexible enough to cope with whatever damage is done. 8^)
