Am 01. Jul, 2001 schwäzte Stig Brautaset so:

> dpkg --get-selections > selections
> 
> then edit the file "selections" so that the word "hold" is replaced
> with "installed" for the package you want to hold, and then:

echo "packagename hold" | dpkg --set-selections

Isn't that obvious? ;-)
