OK.

Are you seeing the partitions or not?  Look like you should have three
disks, with four partitions apiece.  

Have you identified the driver (looks like you have) and installed it
and/or specified it during the install?  

What's the output of:

    $ fdisk -l /dev/sda
    $ fdisk -l /dev/sdb
    $ fdisk -l /dev/sdc
    $ lsmod
    $ cat /proc/devices
    $ cat /proc/pci
    $ cat /proc/scsi/scsi
