i forgot where in the process i turn on/off minixfs and mkinitrd ...
but i used both...and had less problems making a bootable flash when
i did have minifs on.. .( think its needed for using /dev/ram or /dev/loop
devices or for mkinitrd to work ?? donno...
	- didnt go back and start over to see ...
