I think that when subscribing to 'debian-french' you get a rather lengthy mail featuring links to a
number of sites, where to get info , etc.
I haven't re-subscribed recently so I don't know if it has been implemented yet, but it shall be
soon.
Why not do the same with debian-user ?
( in case anyone's interested I *think* it's Martin Quinson <Martin.Quinson@ens-lyon.fr> who
did the job at debian-french )
