Sorry, this is wrong. FSB and memory can run at different clocks.

The 700 Mhz was only available for 100 Mhz FSB afaik. So set it to 100 Mhz.
The newest Athlons are available for 100 and 133, that's why it says
reserved. Don't overclock the FSB unless you know what you're doing.
You can still use 133 Mhz memory with 133 Mhz memory clock.
