# route -n
Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface
172.31.16.24 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 UH 0 0 0 ppp0
0.0.0.0 172.31.16.24 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 ppp0

No firewall either.

I don't know why it doesn't work. It is totally frustrating. I have installed
the roaring penguin stuff as documented a couple of times now. It says it works
with 2.4 series kernels.

I am running kernel 2.4.2 with devfs and pppd 2.4.0

Any suggestions?

Mark.
