correct sir

will that work without /bin? I am without tar so installing dosn't work

the most I have is floppies right now

$400 USD cost more than my computer cost

actually no I didn't the whole partitioning scheme really sucks for computers
without access to a bigger hard disk than a 1.02GB that I have

plus there is little room to expand if you want later by virtue of the fact
that you have something set in stone

I have a number of third parts applications that are difficult to obtain (I
have to get them on floppies and such and split them with split) and would
take weeks. The only cd drive is on my other computer that will not detect
under linux and I don't have a direct network connection to the machine.

thanks that will at least help to determine what I have to get to get it
working but isn't there some sort of base install for unstable? Why dosn't
unstable have some form of install disks?
