I believe these may help:

    - ra2wav:  http://www.lockergnome.com/ (?)...though this may be a
      Legacy MS Windows-only tool.

    - paudio:  Linux kernel module for diverting RA streams.

    - esound:  the esddsp utility may be able to capture RA streams.

Most of these links and tips were gleaned from a Slashdot discussion on
this topic, found through Google.

I haven't used any of these in recent memory, again, my experiments some
time back were unsuccessful.
