There is this package 'console-apt', now to just fulfill a
familiar command string.  It depends on the package 'deity'.
'deity-curses' and 'deity-gtk' are the respective UI
modules using the ncurses and gtk libraries respectively.

Please insert 'sid' in place of 'woody' and do an 'apt-get
update'.  Later do an 'apt-get install deity deity-curses'.
