Nah, dead simple:) using cdrecord/mkisofs/xcdroast from woody (sources)
cp whatever /tmp/cd
set it up
choose Create CD
choose Master Track
choose master source
choose boot options
enter rescue.bin and boot.catalog
choose create session/image
and burn it
