Hey,
I got the source for the 2.4.0 kernel, but I'm
having some weird problems. Here the are:
1. The kernel won't
compile unless I enable smp (I only have one processor). If I don't, it
gives me errors like "smp_num_cpus
not defined". Very frustrating
2. This
isn't that big of a deal, but "make modules_install" doesn't seem to work.
I have to manually copy the object files into the
/lib/modules/2.4.0/xxx directory.
