On a Debian system, you can just run

  $ apt-get update
  $ apt-get -u dist-upgrade

to get the latest and greatest Ximian GNOME packages. The first time
you ran the go-gnome.org script, it updated your /etc/apt/sources.list
to include an entry for Helix GNOME.
