You have a .fetchmailrc file in your home dir, yes? If not, become
familiar with fetchmailconf.
Basically, what you want in .fetchmailrc is:
poll cisys.net
username pplaw
plus whatever else, such as proto (protocol) and passwd. man fetchmail
will give you the command line args for these values as well, but I
recommend creating a proper .fetchmailrc. Be sure to do chmod 600 on
it.
There is a nice sample fetchmailrc in the fetchmail docs; you can copy
it over to your home dir as .fetchmailrc but be sure to get rid of
esr's personal crap at the end of the file!
